Uganda has one of the youngest populations in the world — over 75% of Ugandans are under 30. This generation is both the country's greatest challenge and its greatest asset. We invest heavily in young people's potential.
Through mentorship programmes, vocational skills training, civic education, and youth-led community initiatives, we help young people develop the confidence, competencies, and connections they need to lead fulfilling, productive lives.
We also work to create structured spaces where youth can engage with local decision-making — building the next generation of community leaders, entrepreneurs, and change agents.
